About

TeenLine Hawaii is an information service created in 1993 to give Hawaii’s youth access to useful information and resources covering a wide range of youth-related topics.

Our program focuses on youth with the goal of enhancing their health and well being by:

• Empowering teens to help themselves and each other
• Encouraging participation of youth in our activities
• Community building locally and statewide
• Being safe, useful, credible and appealing to our audience

Information on a variety of topics that are important to teens are accessible at any time. Some of the topic areas include: sex, alcohol and other drugs, emotions, family, relationships, school, violence, GBLTQ, foster care, practical & vocational issues, and personal development. Local youth resource information is also available.

We are looking for dedicated Peer Listeners and Peer Educators to keep us going in the right direction. Please click here for more information on how you can get involved.

TeenLine Hawaii is sponsored by the Hawaii Youth Services Network (HYSN), Hawaii State Department of Human Services-Office of Youth Services (OYS), and is a program of the Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawaii.
