We are looking for dedicated Peer Listeners and Peer Educators to keep us going in the right direction.
Peer Listeners
Trained Peer Listeners help Hawaii's teens by responding to e-mails and phone calls and by providing useful referrals. Peer Listeners are supervised by the TeenLine Hawaii project coordinator and prevention specialist, positions funded by the HYSN and OYS with the Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawaii.
Peer Listeners can be emailed at info@teenlinehawaii.org.
Peer Educators
Peer Educators from across the state volunteer to promote TeenLine by creating presentations, visiting schools, attending info fairs, writing newsletters, among other activities. They also provide input on the website information, article topics and services.
